The Bit Commander by Earthquaker Devices has one mission: to turn your guitar sound into a mono synth, without unnecessary fuss. And this pedal succeeds with flying colors, because it could hardly be easier! You have access to 4 oscillators, each in their own register from sub-low to an octave up. In addition, you have an analog filter and a volume control... and you're done! Just like with "real" mono synthesizers, you can mix the oscillators together for a huge variety of sounds. From a metallic, digital lead sound to roaring, speaker-crushing bass sounds... the Bit Commander packs a punch!
