Walrus Audio Xero: Dual-Channel Polylooper with Stereo Panning and Variable Playback Speed

The Walrus Audio Xero is a true bypass dual-channel looper that goes beyond most loop pedals on the market. Two independent channels with their own volume and panning controls give you full control over the mix of your loops. Variable playback speed, reverse playback, and three looping modes make the Xero a versatile creative instrument, both for practicing licks and for building live textures on stage.

The two channels can be independently controlled via intuitive stomp gestures, making the Xero particularly suitable for live use. Pan 1 and Pan 2 place the loops in the stereo image, while Vol 1 and Vol 2 determine the balance between the channels. The Speed knob adjusts the playback speed for pitch-shifting effects, and the Fwd/Reverse switch plays the loop backward. The three looping modes offer different ways to record and stack loops. USB-C makes firmware updates easy.

The Xero features stereo I/O, an EXT Switch input for an external pedal, and is powered via 9V DC. Controls include Pan 1, Pan 2, Vol 1, Vol 2, Fwd/Reverse, Speed, Mode, and Channel Switch.
