A historic signature model from a groundbreaking artist
The Epiphone Fatoumata Diawara SG is more than a guitar: it's a statement. Fatoumata Diawara, the GRAMMY-nominated guitarist, singer, and actress from Mali, is the first woman of color with an Epiphone signature model. Her SG combines a mahogany body with her signature graphic artwork, a glued-in mahogany neck with a Custom C profile, and a bound rosewood fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and pearloid trapezoid inlays. Gold hardware, Epiphone locking tuners, and a LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge ensure a luxurious look and stable intonation.
Two Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers with push/pull coil-split per pickup and a phase switch on the tone control make this SG surprisingly versatile. From warm, full humbucker tones to bright single-coil sounds and characteristic out-of-phase sounds. Visit our store or call us for more information about the Epiphone Fatoumata Diawara SG.
