The Suhr Modern Fireburst is a guitar that immediately catches the eye. The Fireburst finish over the Flame Maple top on the Basswood body has a warm, layered color that looks different in every light, and the Roasted Maple neck and fretboard give the instrument a stable, fast-playing foundation. Basswood is known for its full, balanced response across the entire frequency spectrum, which gives the SSH+ in the bridge plenty of room to sound powerful and defined without becoming too dark.

The Roasted Maple neck with Modern Elliptical profile (.800"-.850") plays fast and precisely, with 24 Jumbo Stainless Steel frets, black dot inlays, and a 10"-14" compound radius. The SSH+ (bridge), V60LP (middle), and SSV (neck) pickups offer a wide tonal palette via volume, tone, and a 5-way switch.
