The Suhr Standard Plus Trans Blue Denim is a guitar that immediately stands out. The Trans Blue Denim finish over the Flame Maple top on the Basswood body has a cool, deep blue color that looks different in every light, and the Maple fretboard gives the instrument a bright, fast playing experience. The Standard Plus line differs from the Classic S by a slightly smaller, less rounded body with longer horns and a refined look with binding and a white pearl pickguard.

The Roasted Maple neck with Maple fretboard and Even C Slim profile (.800-.880) plays fast and precisely, with 22 Heavy Stainless Steel frets, dot inlays and a 10-14 compound radius. The SSH+ (bridge) and two V60 single coils via a 5-way switch with volume and tone, complemented by the SSCII noise cancelling system.
