Suhr Standard Plus Trans Whale Blue Burst with Maple fretboard and SSH+

The Suhr Standard Plus Trans Whale Blue Burst is a guitar that immediately catches the eye. The Trans Whale Blue Burst finish over the Flame Maple top on the Basswood body has a deep, cool color that looks different in every light, and the Maple fretboard gives the instrument a bright, fast playing experience that perfectly matches the modern setup of the Standard Plus. This is a guitar that looks spectacular and sounds equally spectacular.

The Roasted Maple neck with Maple fretboard and Even C Slim profile (.800-.880) plays fast and precisely, with 22 Heavy Stainless Steel frets, dot inlays, and a 10-14 compound radius. The SSH+ (bridge) and two V60 single coils offer a wide tonal palette via volume, tone, and a 5-way switch. The Gotoh 510 bridge with steel block and Suhr locking tuners ensure stable tuning. Weight 3.4 kg, scale 25.5, gig bag included.

The combination of Trans Whale Blue Burst and a Maple fretboard is rare in the Standard Plus line. The Maple fretboard gives the guitar a slightly brighter, snappier character than a Rosewood or Pau Ferro variant, which gives the SSH+ in the bridge extra room to show its character. A guitar for players who know what they want.
